He said during <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/fXS_gkWAIs0\">a recent podcast<\/a> with Canada&#8217;s Nelk Boys that his main house is a small one he bought for just $45,000 in Texas to be near the SpaceX launch site. And <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/elon-musk-tiny-home-prefab-boxabl-casita-50000-person-waitlist-2021\">his guest house is a Boxabl<\/a> \u2014 a tiny home (about 375 square feet or so, including a kitchen) that costs about $50,000 and comes folded up in a crate and gets assembled on site<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mathewingram.com\/work\/wp-content\/uploads\/610d8a4c38aff700189052d05639103889133337362.jpeg?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-252325\" \/><figcaption>A photo shared with Insider appears to show Boxabl delivering a Casita to SpaceX<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legendary Motown songwriter dies at 81<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motown hitmaker Lamont Dozier, who penned songs for The Supremes, The Four Tops and The Isley Brothers, as well as Marvin Gaye and Martha and the Vandellas, has died aged 81. The news was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/entertainment-arts-62474956\">confirmed by his son Lamont Dozier Jr<\/a> on Instagram. As part of the Holland, Dozier, Holland songwriting team, he had many number one records and Grammy awards. The state\u2019s case <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vice.com\/en\/article\/n7zevd\/this-is-the-data-facebook-gave-police-to-prosecute-a-teenager-for-abortion\">relies on evidence from the teenager\u2019s private Facebook messages<\/a>, obtained directly from Facebook by court order, which show the mother and daughter allegedly bought medication online to induce abortion, and then disposed of the body of the fetus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mathewingram.com\/work\/wp-content\/uploads\/1660070155469-gettyimages-12421229831291533810195796730.webp?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-252329\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New chatbot denies Joe Biden is president, makes anti-Semitic statements<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just two days after Meta released its most advanced AI chatbot to date, BlenderBot 3 is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/meta-ai-chatbot-blenderbot-election-denying-antisemitic-bugs-artificial-intellignce-2022-8\">repeating election-denying claims and antisemitic stereotypes<\/a> to users who interact with it. The machine learning technology \u2014 launched to the public on Friday \u2014 crafts responses by searching the internet for information and learns from conversations it has with human users. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mathewingram.com\/work\/wp-content\/uploads\/62f045ae8677d80018ee49fe4787780096427781120.jpeg?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-252330\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Old legends about radioactive site on Staten Island turn out to be true<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For many years, Staten Island legend held that a certain section of the North Shore was radioactive. According to old-timers, the industrial site was somehow connected to the Manhattan Project. Many scoffed at the idea \u2014 until the land across the street was up for rezoning. The president of the Port Richmond Civic Association, Beryl Thurman, <a href=\"https:\/\/waterfrontalliance.org\/2020\/06\/11\/from-rumor-to-reality-staten-islands-radioactive-history\/\">decided to get to the bottom of it<\/a>. She wrote to the U.S. Department of Energy, which sent a report from a radiological survey performed in 1980. She was one of the 40 founding engineers of the renowned and highly secretive Skunk Works project at Lockheed Corporation.
