		<description>It's also a great indication of just how much some of the big TV set ups don't get the web. They have just hung around until the bandwidth was near TV and now have just plugged the output in to the back of a computer rather than the transmitter.

It's shovelware for TV.

Perhaps it would be too cynical to suggest that Time warner might turn the meter off if you watch their channels but start the clock running again if you load a torrent site up.</description>
