NBC thinks it owns the content, and can break up with Apple iTunes. NBC doesn't realize the content creators own the content and sell it to NBC - a DISTRIBUTOR. Now Marshall Herskovitz and Ed Zwick are showing all the other creators with talent how to make money without the traditional middlemen. Apple is well positioned to replace NBC - or any other TV network - as the distributor of choice for savvy creators. Now isn’t NBC looking even more stupid?
