It's time we pay more attention to the kids if we want to succeed in online media.  At mesh last year, Tara Hunt spurred the most controversy after her keynote presentation. In retrospect, almost a year later those who were quick to judge her are probably eating their words. 

Remember, they were on Facebook long before us adults thought it was cool.
