		<description>What might work for Rolling Stone: Take their existing review and rating engine and add commenter's handles into the database, invite them to create profiles, so they end up with a social network where you can "view all reviews" by someone who wrote something about a record you liked...

Not terribly groundbreaking, but it seems obvious enough.  And easy.  And the only reason to create a social network at RS.</description>
