		<description>I'm still not sold on USA Today's upgrade.  While I think that deploying these new community features is a big step in the right direction for the site, we've seen these features on other news sites.  If Gannett -- USA Today's owner -- uses these features to implement its information center concept that aims to involve normal folk in the information gathering process at the national level like it is doing at its local papers, the new site will then truly impress me.</description>
