		<description>I think it depends where one starts. If one starts as a large, mainstream media company and cuts a bunch of reporters and replaces them with "the community," then that is "digital sharecropping."

If, however, a bunch of arts groups and individals, unhappy with coverage they get in the local rag, put together an arts and entertainment listings and feature site, with most of the content coming from "the community," then that is "crowd sourcing."</description>
