SEC chief says blogs a useful tool
A few weeks ago, Sun Microsystems CEO Jonathan Schwartz wrote on his blog that he wanted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to allow corporations such as Sun to use their blogs to satisfy the regulator’s desire for full and complete disclosure to shareholders. The blog post by Schwartz is here (he also sent it by registered mail), and Cox’s response is here.
